Check-In

Late Check-In
from 10:30 p.m. via our keycard safe at the main hotel entrance. Round-the-clock arrival with access code. Please note that our reception is personally staffed only until 10:30 p.m. daily. For your late arrival, please contact our reception in advance to receive your personal four-digit code to issue your key card. Check-out until 11:00 a.m.

possible according to availability and upon request. After 2:00 p.m. another night will be charged at the current daily rate.

Breakfast

is available daily from 7:00 to 10:00 a.m. in our breakfast room (first floor). If you have booked a rate without breakfast, you are welcome to add breakfast for EUR 12.00 per person.

Allergy sufferers

Please inform us in time before arrival about any food intolerances for your breakfast.

Cancellation conditions

For single bookings (up to 3 rooms)

Cancellation until 1 day before arrival (6:00 p.m.) free of charge
In case of later cancellation we reserve the right to charge 90% of the total amount.

For group bookings (from 4 rooms)

Cancellation or reduction free of charge until 7 days before arrival (6:00 p.m.)
In case of later cancellation we reserve the right to charge 90% of the total amount.

Luggage storage

You are welcome to leave your luggage with us before you check into your room or after your departure.

Baby and children beds

A child under 3 years old does not pay extra in one of the available beds. A child under 3 years pays EUR 15 per night for a baby crib. A child between 3 and 11 years old pays EUR 10 per night in one of the available beds. A child between 11 and 18 years old pays EUR 15 per night in one of the available beds.

Dogs

20,00 Euro / stay. Maximum one dog per booked room. We ask for prior consultation. Many thanks!

We are a hotel Garni, which means that in the morning you will be spoiled with a wonderful breakfast buffet from us. For your lunch or dinner we will be happy to recommend a suitable restaurant nearby. Just ask at our reception.
